Automated Decision-Making & Profiling
We use Right Move Referencing to assess tenant suitability via an automated process that evaluates credit history, employment, and affordability. If this process results in an unfavourable outcome, you have the right to:

Data Sharing & Transfers

- IT Service Providers (e.g., Microsoft & Eurolink Technology Ltd) who process data within the UK and the EU under strict contractual safeguards.

Data Retention
We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil our contractual, legal, and business obligations. Specifically:
- Tenant and property transaction data: 6 years after the transaction has ended

After this period, data is securely deleted or anonymized.
